This place offers a truly authentic taste of Brazilian food! Last Saturday I had the Feijão Tropeiro da Travessia followed by the pudim for dessert, and everything was absolutely delicious. The food was rich, comforting, and full of homemade flavor — it honestly felt like a taste of Brazil.

Ordered the beef rib rice (Arroz de costela) from Travessia and honestly… this thing is dangerously good. Real homemade food, no fancy nonsense, just solid Brazilian comfort food done right. First bite instantly reminded me of my grandma’s cooking back in Minas Gerais.

You can tell everything is made with care and proper seasoning. The beef was super tender, the rice was amazing, and the whole dish had that authentic Sunday family lunch vibe.

As a fellow guy from Minas, I can say they absolutely nailed it. Hard to find Brazilian food this good in Vancouver. Definitely earned a loyal customer here.

She carefully thought through every single detail, flavor, and presentation—choosing only natural seasonings to bring out a rich, authentic, homemade taste.
